Still a very fun game to this day and still play it every day. However, there is a lot more glitches than I remember. Some rift runs have actually been stolen by a few even due to softlocks. If I could report them (with a response of desire to fix them) then I'd love that. But currently I'm just playing with what bugs to deal with during so.
It started off a little slow for me, especially not knowing the concepts and what exactly was happening on launch but now it's my go-to game. Biggest pro; NO ADS.* Let me repeat myself, NO ADS after any launches or gameplay moments. The only ad you ever get is from Pinata openings and those are just bonuses that add to the fun, not make the fun. I wanted a game to launch something long distances and I got just that and then some. Solid work from the dev (or dev team) for this banger.
Ah, I remember the original Burrito Bison, and when I saw this, I thought I should give it a go. Needless to say by my five star review, I absolutely LOVE this game. Flash games where you kept leveling up your powerups back in the day was my elementary school jam. And it hasn't lost it's fun and charm! Great fun, soundtrack, characters, and really an improvement on the original game.
Weirdly fun game. It has a great game loop. You don't need to buy anything to enjoy it, but I've bought a couple of the permanent upgrades because I want to support the creator. Still learning what is what but basically you launch your wrestler towards a boss, then you bounce on gummy bears and through cakes, for as long as you can go. I've been playing it in short bursts.
I did it... I've unlocked EVERY in-game item. It took years, but I think I won. I say this to encourage the developers to add skin variants, new opponents, limited special gummies, more boss battles, etc. It'd be amazing. I'm not sure how long I've been playing at this point, but it'd help keep players motivated to keep playing. Rifts get really grindy after a while.
Very fun game with the absolute bare minimum of ads and in-game purchases. Ads are completely voluntary, only if you want to open up a pinata for a little extra cash or a power up. However, the pinatas are completely optional; your progression will never be hopelessly stalled for lack of a power up or money. Great replayability with the time travel mechanic, which also makes collecting the recipe pieces for permanent power ups much less of a grind. Highly recommend!!
I use to play this game as a kid. I'm in my twenties now so it's been quite awhile and met me tell you, it brings back memories. I love this game with a passion. Pros- It's a good game to pass time and have a little fun. It somewhat a "challenge"per say to further yourself ahead and upgrade your stats, etc. Cons- It can be a little boring after a certain period of time. So take breaks ig. The prices in the upgrades increase dramatically. But it's cool tho. It does bug out, but rarly.
I vividly remember playing this on my school chromebook when i was young. it's just as fun as i remember, and the addition of extra characters and challengers has really spiced it up. if you are looking for a good game to kill time, this game is perfect. the only ads are voluntary, the gameplay is repetative enough to not be hard, but interesting enough to keep it entertaining, and the game is unique. honestly one of my favorite mobile games
Genuinely a good game to pass time with. It actually gives you the option to watch ads for more in-game coin multipliers and piñatas, rather than forcing you to watch an ad every few minutes for no in game rewards like some other mobile games do. Not gonna name names but you know who you are... I didn't know what to expect at first but I really enjoy this in my free time!
What an absolute masterpiece. Through all the games I've played on mobile, this has been the BEST I've ever played. The stunning visuals, gameplay, replayability, and progression are absolutely mastered and even with a weak phone they even perfected optimization too. I have a pretty good suggestion to make this game even more exciting; whenever you hit or ride a special gummy bear and then during it you hit another one, it gives a combo indicator and it stacks to either give more points or speed
Update 5/3/21: There is a limit to how many times you can time travel and upgrade speed before the game glitches. I still wish they had endless doors mode like on desktop had but it's still a fun mobile game! I recommend it. 2017 review: I used to play the desktop version of this game! It's good to see it as an app. It's a bit different of course but I'm really enjoying it. I love that you can keep time traveling and go farther and farther. Still a great game all these years later.
Played this as a flash game what seems like forever ago. Endless fun, flying through the air at Mach 4 while pounding gummy bears and breaking through chocolate chip doors. The upgrades and opponents are VERY extensive. Love the gameplay, love the artstyle. Just an amazing game. On the other hand, I've been encountering this bug during gameplay that would reset all progress on the next rift door. No idea why. It's a pain.
It's a wonderful addition to the Burrito Bison series, but not quite the best entry. This one feels much longer, but in a grindier way, rather than a skill or carefully timing-your-clicks sort of way like Burrito Bison Revenge from 2012. This feels less like a browser game staple and more like a mobile game through and through, video ad warts and all. Despite all the monetary nonsense, the "click, launch, rocket-slam, cake wall-eat, repeat" formula is still as addicting as ever!
Fun game with extensive progression paths and enduring replayability. Things slow down when you get down to the final 4 or so character upgrades, but it has a nice steady pace to that point. The art style, character design, and humor/visual gags are well done. Ads are optional and not at all intrusive. You can pay for boosts, but you have access to the full experience without paid upgrades. Very well done.
Edit: Unlocked keeping upgrades after rifting. It's more entertaining in some ways because you get all upgrades at once. They should almost make a new endgame out of this endgame, or at least add a recipe only physically possible to achieve after this is unlocked. Pre-Edit: It's $30 to be enjoyable, but buying the full game reduces the time it takes to beat significantly and there isn't much going on in the end game. I expected more from the end game than a negative exponent.
This game is near perfect, all ads are COMPLETELY optional while giving you a reward for watching one. The controls are smooth aswell as the game overall and I love all the wacky characters, environments, etc. Its a fun to playthrough but I do have 2 main complaints. 1: The game at times can feel a bit grindy ESPECIALLY when your doing the whole rifts. 2: For some reason idk if it's my phone or what but when I watch an ad the game doesn't register forcing me to watch another one for zero reason.
The game is a very fun experience involving skill and luck. The story of the game is pretty nice. No forced ads, but they can be a little buggy when you choose to watch them. My biggest issue is that the game will occasionally kick you back to the start. When moving towards a cookie wall slowly. With no rewards.
I personally enjoy it. A lot of the ad complants I understand, but they aren't as bad a few other games. Each character does something different for you to progress. You don't really have to pay to play. People just want to get start to finish and not actually experience it or take breaks. no strat, just pushing buttons and blaming the creator for their own lack of understanding.
Game's great overall, just the Pinjata's that are that small but significan't both great and small doses, the simple getting your way for supposedly collecting something that has to help you sucks. The issue is the it gets in the way not really the you have to watch an ad yo unlock, though thats painful too. It should put in an collection bag if you want to use it or not or just go back in the gameplay, also you shouldn't be able to pay for them as thats gambling
