First of all, I love this app so much, so in now way or form is this hate. I’d like to state some of my suggestions to improve CapCut! So the first suggestion I was thinking of is a feature where you can add graphs to you keyframes to make them look smoother. Another suggestion I have is more fonts. I do love some of the fonts you’ve provided us with, but I would love if there was a way we could upload our own fonts into the app. I’ve been thinking about this next suggestion for quite some time now, and I think it would be really effective and really improve this app! Maybe you could add a feature where we can make our own transitions? Now, I realize this might be a stretch, but hear me out: if we could make our own transitions, it would really increase our creativity skills. I know that other apps already have this feature, but I feel like CapCut is better, considering it’s 100% free! Oh! One more thing I’d like to mention. I was thinking you could add more mask shapes? Like maybe a feature where we could mask our own shapes? Ooh and maybe we could mask our clip and you could add a feature where we can have a glow effect around the masked area? I Love this app so much! I use it to edit a bunch off things. I recommend this to my friends and family. I really like this editing app. Not going to lie, it deserves to be top. I love all the effects, clips, audio and more. The overlay is amazing and so is the trending sounds I love that you can connect your tiktok account to caput which makes it easier for the audio. I also love how you can extract audios which is really good! The best part is there's barely any ads! DOWNLOAD! ITS AMAZING!

So I’ve been using regular camera edits for Roblox edits and the only thing I could do was crop things out and put in a song! Btw I do these for my friends. So one day I wanted a legit editing app so I looked and found capcut and got it! I absolutely love it! I made so much and I’m a fast learner so I learned a lot of things but before I shAre my suggestions I want people who want to get this app and are reading this to know something about this. My friend got the app but couldn’t use it because she wasn’t a fast learner so if you want to get this. You need to know what your doing and need to be a fast learner! Anyway back to the story while I’m writing this review I STILL LOVE CAPCUT but today I wanted to do a dance in Roblox then put a body affect on the Roblox character but it didn’t work! ( btw Roblox is a fun game if you look it up! ) So I know that you need your thing to be kinda still but cap cut creators if your reading this can you make it easier to do body affects for online games? I know some people don’t do Roblox with it but a lot of people do so if you have free time do you think you can do this!?? I don’t give reviews much I just wanted to say this! I love capcut! I appreciate how everything is free and how you can remove the watermark at the end. I have been using this app for like a year now and i think its great and easy to use. i do have some recommendations though because i do find some little issues or something i would like to be better/fixed. so my first recommendation is that you guys should maybe add more animations to both, texts and clips. for the texts, i think itd be cool to have more varieties to choose from. i know there's a lot of choices already but i mean that maybe if possible, there could be combos like there is for clips. i think itd look great on edits and would be very useful. and now for clips, i think if you could add more ins and out transitions, it would be fun to be able to have more transitions. maybe you could even add more combos as well. id also think a new great addition would be if there were to be more shakes and stuff. I dont think theres many shakes to add to your edits so i think more would be cool. another suggestion is to make the speed adjusts cleaner. sometimes when i make it slower, it looks blury or just doesnt look like it has the same quality as it would with normal speed. i do hsve more recommendations id like to share but i dont really know exactly how to explain it but if you could add/fix those things, i think the app would be 5x better! :)

Sadly, I can’t do animation, like how I do it in KineMaster, but this is still AMAZING. the stickers are beyond adorable (some are like- uhm y’know that kind of EdGy but anyways-) it’s a great app. It’s actually a step up from KineMaster, which I did not expect. I’m so happy we are able to delete the watermark at the end, it’s just great. And everything is free! it’s awesome and it’s pretty much everything you need (sadly no animation key thing.) the chroma key is SOO good. I can remove part of my green/pink screen in the background without any pink/green thing on my character or art disappearing! The effects are really nice and aesthetic, and some are just really cool. (some are kinda uhm weird imo) the effects are perfect for edits, the retro or vintage ones have to be my favorite! Also the in and out animations are cool, and there are some that are for the whole duration of the video/photo, which is cool. The customization abilities for the text are great. You can give the text a font, color, some special design (example: making it glow) in and out transitions, animations that last for the duration the text is on the screen, and you can put it in a text box or something, and there are some really cute ones! There is so much I haven’t explored yet, and I know it’ll probably be good. I recommend this app for beginners, pros, anyone really. 5 stars, 10/10 I love the app Sincerely, -a person

I love this app because I get to edit and when I’m to tired or lazy I can use templates so I don’t have to edit. Also CapCut has a lot of effects and options so you can make ur videos look great. I think there should also be steps for beginners and stuff so they know what to do or like how to do stuff. I’m pretty sure I had CapCut for 1 or 2 years now and I’m really liking my experience. I rate this 5 stars because if it’s good quality and options I think people should rate it 5 stars if you don’t like this then that’s ur opinion. I think this is also easier and kinemaster and alight motion are a bit hard to use but CapCut is really easy and also templates can give you ideas and also give u free edits. I love this app so much and I’m never deleting this app bc it’s the best app. That’s why I rated this app a 5 stars so that’s why people should give this app 5 stars but again if you don’t want to rate it 5 stars that’s ur opinion. But really this app is great and I’m pretty sure it guides you, you can draw, use cool effects, slow stuff down easily, make slow downs smooth and pretty cool editing so that’s why you should rate it a 5 stars I hope you consider rating this a 5 star app. Thank you for reading this paragraph and thinking about this. I've been using this program for a good while for making edits. It's very simple to use and, with the right techniques and a few tutorials, you can make stuff similar to AfterEffects. It is a little big (goes over 3 GB) so I'd recommend having a good device or a lot of storage space for the app to work smoothly. I do have some minor qualms about certain features (Reverse, for example), but there are loopholes to make them less annoying and more manageable. Still would reccomend.

So, it's a very good app! I like to use this for my yt channel as the watermark can be deleted and doesn't get in the way! I've lately been having problems with it though, when I export a video, it freezes in random places and where text should be is not there cause it's frozen, if you could find a way to fix this problem, I would gladly appreciate it!

I would love a more in depth audio editing interface, with mixers for the different layers that indicate the sound levels. I’d also love the ability to use an equalizer on any audio track individually along with audio filters (Having to extract audio from a video in order to add voice effects doesn’t count). This, along with the ability to change more render settings would be great. For example, changing the bitrate for the entirety of the video could be simplified using a slider that goes from “smaller size, lower quality” to “larger size, higher quality.” The ability to render in the background would also be a much appreciated feature as a lot of us who use CapCut to edit do so on our main device that we need to access, and on larger projects it’s impossible to get a render done. Even older devices are capable of background rendering. I’m sure many people would be willing to wait for a slightly longer render in favor of being able to use their phone or tablet whilst the render is being completed. (An indicator can be used to signal whether the render is ongoing, has failed, or has finished). One last thing. Im sure many would enjoy a precision movement tool that allowed for things like key framing to be more precise when changing the size of location of a clip.

So, I’m a very beginner editor and was happy to come across capcut seeing as that it was free and had great reviews. I have almost mastered this app completely and don’t want to leave and switch over to something that’s paid when capcut is doing things that every other editing service is doing. However, there is always room to grow, especially for the editors who’s skills are growing faster and wanting more. A few of my recommendations is having more advanced and better options for speed. Please add more filters (specifically in the border area), and add ones that are different and will give our videos good quality(I’m pretty sure y’all can come up with something!). I ask that we get more font options and allow us to use more than 1 animation for out fonts PLEASEE!! Those are just a few of my recommendations. Now, on to my concerns the app does lag a little, and constantly says that I’m out of storage and I delete a lot of previous edits just to make new ones, and I’m getting concerned that the app will just not be enough for me. It’s already taken up most of my storage andI really want it to be worth it, but all these glitches, lags, and thirst for storage is not going to make using this app worth it. I hope someone sees this, and I hope you have a great rest of your day/night.

Capcut is really good. But the reason why I gave it 4 stars is that the thing that annoys me most is that you have to keep your photos,videos,etc so that edits look the same. But some people have trouble with storage and they need to delete the videos and photos but instead of the edit being the same way instead it say video/photo has been deleted.

CapCut is surprisingly exceptional for a mobile video editor. I originally downloaded it to edit out a small but very offensive clip. Though I kept it because of the large amount of tools that it provided WITHOUT a watermark. The only thing that I don't like is the compressing feature. It tends to break my videos and doesn't even work half the time. It gets extremely annoying especially after I have to wait 30+ minutes for nothing. Is there a way I can disable/remove the compression feature?

This app is great, I wouldn't trade it for another. But I did 3/5 stars? Let's say I made a little edit I spent DAYS on. I finally finished, and I deleted the photos I used for the edit because I have no reason to keep them. When I go back to my edit, it says, "Video or photo is deleted or moved on your device. Recover it in your album." I absolutely hate this.If there's a way to fix it, PLEASE do. If you can't, then I might consider leaving. Either way, I love your app.

Great for first time editing, has a lot of great features for YouTube and TikTok videos. However, it's major downfall is not allowing free users to download/export the final product to their device, so unless you're ready to upload straight to YT/TT, you will not be able to save the video file unless you pay, which is slightly ridiculous. Apps like YouCut save the edited video straight to your device, as an editing software should. For those less fortunate, I strongly recommend YouCut!

had the app for about 3 years. The only good thing really is how smooth the video turns out after you export it. My main problem is that we have to pay for so much. For example, the "Astral" effect. I remember when I literally used to use this on my edits because it was free, but now it requires standard. I get the strategy in making people pay, but I just want to use some things for free rather that most things costing money. Still a great app though

Love the app. Hate the price. I am not paying $10 a month. My Netflix with ads is cheaper. My editing app is free. Tons are free. Maybe if it was cheaper, I'd pay. And some of these videos I can make with my editing app except the AI ones, which I like using for my cat. I'd give 4 stars if it was free or cheap because it is slow with uploading the AI ones and gets stuck at 99% for a few minutes

I like the app and all, but they NEED to fix the lagging. Whenever I make a video it lags almost the whole time and my phone just lags after. The only way to fix it is to get the pro membership which is 10 dollars a month. If they could just fix that, and not make it so you have to get the pro version, this would be 5 stars. It could also just be my phone, but I'm 99 percent sure it's the app.

Yeah it's good till you find out that most of the free effects is a little useful while a lot of them are pretty much useless. And meanwhile a lot of the actual useful stuff that can be used for editing, you gotta pay just to use them.. Like theres no reason that noise reducing should actually cost money. I think you get the point. But I will say it's pretty pointless to make the app free if your going to make all the ACTUAL useful stuff premium and give us the scrap leftover mid effects

Why in the world is your app over 5 gigs? I remember it being under one and a half and even then, that was a "little" large. Also it doesn't make sense why you can move some 'cap cuts' around easily and others you can't move at all and no, I'm not talking about the premiums or things that are locked from changing in the template. It just doesn't work properly. But honestly, I did want to give you more than two stars but I really can't get over the size of the app. It ridiculously takes up space.

Everything works fine, except the "Auto Lyrics" feature won't show the lyrics themselves on the screen, even if they show up in the timeline. I have tried everything — deleting effects, changing font, color, clearing cache, duplicating the project, even exporting without seeing them in preview — they don't show up on the final product either. Very upsetting because they were my favorite feature.

I used to be really happy with this app. Its okay, but it became really money-hungry and not only that, but it also basically has no good audios. I've also been having the problem where I just can't comment. Like that feature is completely gone. All it says is "commenting isn't available in your region" and same with some templates. My only highlight is the community, if you find the right people, they're nice. Just fix your problems Capcut. . .

It's a good app, don't get me wrong. Easy tools for a good outcome, but you can barely access ANY tools. Almost every tool is under a pay wall, and it's more worth it to purchase fully a better editor than buy a subscription for Capcut. The free version sucks. Every effect, font, and transition is a part of the Pro Plan and the Pro Plan is far too expensive!!! The free version limits your creativity and design. Basically all you can do is edit your clips and have a basic video. This is ridiculous. It used to offer more effects and options years ago but it got greedy. I refuse to pay over 10 bucks a month 🙄 I'll be deleting this app. Just sad that it didn't live up to the hype.

I loved this app and would use it to make my edits. I still am currently just until I get the hang of a different editing app because the app has become usable if you don't buy Pro. I loved Caput because it was easy to use and didn't have a watermark. However that has changed as I now have to jump through hoops to be able to make my edits.

Changing my review for a 3rd time since this app only seems to be going downhill. First off, the app was so much better when you didn't have to pay for anything. Now, the free version is extremely limited and sometimes hard to work with to make quality edits. Second off, the new terms and service dont even make sense. Why can't I use a song you advertise with? A song is a song and its not copying to use an audio. So many people are leaving the platform now. Do better.

Beware when using for Tiktok. I signed up after seeing a 7-day free trial promo and was immediately charged $9.99. I never got a free trial and now I want a refund. I'm very upset by this. It is 0 advertising. Then, to use this app on my mobile device, they want to charge me another $10.99 a month for standard, not even Capcut Pro, but that wasn't disclosed when I signed up for 9.99. I'm just going to use Canva instead. They offer more and are much cheaper for the same quality.

The "free editing software" motto is a complete lie. 20 dollars a month is insane just to get back the features that were originally free. I've been using CapCut for a while and it was pretty good, but now I can't get audio to work at all. the second audio is added to the editing bay it can't be heard. It hasn't been muted, it's as though you didn't add anything but the box is still there. Doesn't matter if it is part of the original video clip, an added sound available in the app, or a voice recording. NOTHING can be heard. How am i supposed to edit videos without audio?

Had this before the update. Now that I need something to edit videos I wanted to use it again. Before you could export for free now you HAVE to have some sort of subscription to it unless I'm missing something. Kind of stupid. If it wasn't for that, I would have gave it more stars because I don't use a lot of the other editing things. Only use it to combine videos and layer others on top and save to device. Used it earlier this month and it wasn't like this. Don't like it now. Uninstalling.

scam. made a simple video and when I went to save it says that I can't until I buy the highest membership for features that I'm not even using. tried multiple times to fix it. when I intentionally turn on the features it says I'm using, it tries to make you buy the plan before you can even use the feature. waste of time and money because they'll request you to pay $20 just to save a basic edit.
