we use it every day! Love, love love it. You have made upgrades to the app and I've noticed a bunch of good stuff.. I am currently wondering when the client is going be able to edit medication with our notes. Also, why do old medications get deleted when you are asked about past medication by the medical field?
this by far a great experience. I would say once I thought it was them but didn't see the message. if you have problems remembering your appointments, you need to look up meds. You're taking .check-in on time even when you might be a little late getting results on what is going on in your medical care in all for me it's an app I plan to keep ,thanks live well
I can contact my care team easily with any questions. The app has a feature that allows me to find resources on my upcoming surgery and get information on procedures and therapy. It allows me to make payments, schedule appointments and change appointments. I get everything I need all in one place. So glad that Aurora has this.
The Live Well App has been a tool that I couldn't imagine being without! Easy to use with access to virtually all my medical-related news. Appointments, direct messages, even prices are within a two-minute reach summery and notes for my appointments and procedures past and present are the most convenient communication and information tools on the App. Medication lists are easy to read, download, copy, and share with any I choose to share with at any time I need or want .100% 😀 HAPPY
Great for keeping track of everything, after the difficult set up process. Unfortunately it tracks and adds all your statements as a balance due, even if you've paid them. My most recent login said I had like $3000 due, when the actual total from the most recent statement is much less and correct. For a healthcare provider app they are sure trying to give their patients a heart attack!
it would be really nice if you had an option to skip the verification after the first time on personal devices so it can stay signed in. It gets quite frustrating to have to prove it's me every 14 days when I'm signing in from my personal phone. I do enjoy being able to schedule appointments as well as pay most bills thru the app. I'll increase stars if you can adjust the stars if you can adjust this verify step to make a 1 time option available for personal devices.
the old version was friendlier than the new one. the old one used to have links at the bottom for quick stretch exercises, workout, medical references, etc. that the new one does not have. I wish they have kept the good stuff.
It's ok.. a lot of information inaccurately populates in my profile, and some are showing up in "to do" list from 2010.. :/ For future appointments it shows my past appointments, and they are titled incorrectly, and there are many other discrepancies, etc. So the app could use a lot of improvements especially it being a medical app wirh medical records and information.
While it's taken some time to get used to, there are some features that are either missing or inexplicably difficult to access. If I need to make an appointment, it shouldn't be giving me locations 40+ miles away in a slightly different system, even after being given my ZIP code. Also, I should be able to easily switch between patients (I'm a parent with custodial access to my kids' medical info) to make appointments. It's easy on the website (one click) but more challenging in the app.
The app is great but it feels intrusive just like many other apps. I have to permit features to run all the time instead of only while I am actively using the app in order to have convenient features work. I can turn them off afterwards but what a hassle. Why do I have to allow a healthcare app to track me 24/7? It's exhausting that everything we do, we are tracked.
App is Missing appt information. I selected 'letters' and app returns to home screen. Too much time wasted to access letter info. As app does not allow you to see. Hopefully this letter was put in snail mail/usps. Worse than voice mail jail. As far as I can tell, I am also no longer able to download information to a document that i can print/save for use off line or mail. If it is possible... I cant find a way to do so.
The latest version of Livewell mobile app is a big step backward. This is the hunt and peck version. Select Appointments and you can only schedule "new" appointments. You have to back out to the main menu, scroll through a very long list of options, make a few wrong choices, and eventually find dates for appointments you've already scheduled. Then, good luck trying to find after visit notes from your last visit, or trying to message your doctor. EPIC fail. Pun intended.
It's difficult to sign in, reportedly, issues with either my username or password. I've corrected these issues...sometimes the corrections work, other times not. When I stopped making those changes, the app "worked", but with a wavy, red line beneath my user name. The video call portion of the app has display issues...WHEN it functions at all! I have called the number given for help with these issues. The problems still exist.
Keep updating this app thinking you are making it better. YOU are creating a more difficult interaction with this application then it needs to be. I have already verified myself with this app, I don't need 2 factor authentication no I don't need or want to re-register with my email. keep increasing the difficulty for the people this was made to help and simplify their lives. I will start telling my doctors that I no longer use this app because of the constant changes that making this impossible.
before most recent update, it was slow to load, clunky, and unresponsive. now its glitchy, doesnt let me schedule an appointment with my primary care provider, and locked me out of my chosen appointment time after signing me out for switching to a different app, forcing me to redo the entire process for a different, *3rd* provider. apparently infections aren't a common enough situation for their "symptom checker" and not a serious concern for an "appointment request" 1wk after submission.
The Livewell app is one of the most complicated and frustrating experiences I've ever had. Now, with the addition of the extra code that's 'required' takes 3 additional steps to remember to get access to the app for HELP or ADVICE if you're expeiriencing health issues while living alone BUT they don't care. Nice System!
It was a great app at first. I used it to check appointments, message my doctor about concerns, reorder prescriptions and check on test results. I really came to depend on it. Now suddenly I'm told my account is disabled because I tried to log in too many times!!! I have cancer, I need to see the results of my cat scan, but I'm unable to use this app. WHY?? Because suddenly the password that I always used, that was saved and automatically used each and every time is suddenly not correct? So let me change it instead of locking me out of my own records.
App works OK when it's needed. The UI could use improvements for sure. The latest update has an updated sign-in page. The"remember me" checkbox turns white with a very faint checkmark, to signify it's going to remember your username. That needs to be changed. Settings are buried deep in the app under "My Chart" and not an easier-to-find location. Really hate having to sign in every 2 minutes... Or at all on my password protected phone.
I can never get on since the annoying verification code was instituted! I receive a verification number, but cannot get to it fast enough I guess to be accepted. I have a reminder of my appointment, but no time indicated. I am trying to get into my live well account to find out my appointment time. Now I must telephone. This is extremely frustrating!!!
