The app was fine, but the Airline communicated directly with me anyway, and check-in opened 72 hours before, but the app did not show this option until 8 hours before (where I had already manually checked in with the airline on their own website). So I don't really see the purpose behind this app.
The worst website to book your trip. It is impossible to get in contact with them. I bought a flexible ticket, but they want to charge extra to change the date, claiming you have to follow the airline's rules, which is just a lie. They are very bad. Don't book with them or pay for extra services.
Stuck on a splash screen indicating I need to go to privacy settings, with a button that is broken and leads nowhere. I have now given up on using Travellink after yet again having my booking incorrectly conveyed to the airline in question (seating choices missing and bagage selection incorrect).
Horrible agency. It's a SCAM. Burning your money is easier and less frustrating than dealing with these thieves. You'll never reach anyone from customer service, there are no emails to email them and the phone line is a number that is never going to get picked up.
Absolutely will not recommend. You expect an app that helps you with your booked travel but not only does it lack correct information about travel, changes etc, the fact that it's lacking correct information is exceedingly well hidden under layers and layers of "deals" and gibberish, hiding any incidentally usefull features. I will wholeheartedly recommend a different vendor for both travel and, especially the atrocious app. It's well worth a little extra money to NOT having to live through this
Scam company, be aware! iI paid for flexible dates. It turns out that I cannot change just one flight on my itinerary. I have to change all flights, which means they will do a new booking, make me pay for it and give a credit of 256 krona. This is scam and theft in plain daylight.
Abselout scam. i had to cancel flight 1 month ago and i still have not gotten refund!! DO NOT USE!! There is no way to contact support, only AI giving same answers. i filed a legal complaint and only then i got my money back. it took almost 2 months from cancelation to get it back.
Worst experience ever! 4days before departure, Travellink claims that my flight is cancelled. No updates or answers. My flight is leaving on time.. was never cancelled in real life. As I am writing we are boarding the "cancelled" flight. Will never use something so unreliable ever again.
Bad services, bad customer service, bad agents.. I tried to reach them several times but it´s useless. Booked and paid my flight within 2 minutes and if you need any support so you will never get it (although I paid extra money for fast service) They are trying to cheating you during the booking and after that you have paid for service, for insurance, for ticket..so you will never get any support if you need it.. Avoid...Avoid this agency... That was my first and last experience with them... Avoid them it´s just cheating agency ....
SCAM! Don't book anything with this company! My flight was cancelled and they didn't provide an alternate flight after more than 15 contacts with the customer support (one month in advance of the date). I had to buy another flight at the last minute and now they won't even refund my money.
This service is horrible. The app says boardingpass will be provided 12h before flight, but the app just said it will be soon available. Just before the flight the app said that boarding pass could not be generated. Then I needed to contact the flight company (not travellink), transfer the ticket to them and then get a boarding pass. Would recommend everyone to buy tickets directly from flight companies, and not through this amateur service.
It is the worse service ever encountered. My flight was cancelled and I asked for refund. It has been more than 120 days now. They dont reply my emails, i have to wait 1 hour or more in que for chat and suddenly they disconnect the chat. They dont have any intension to refund. Be careful. It is a fraud app and website.
I bought 1 ticket from this company, and they sent me five spam mails within 12 hours. I did not opt in to any sort of promotional material when booking, yet their systems believe I did. They don't have a support function that actually cares to receive feedback on anything, so instead I am writing here. They made such a big fuss on their website about how to delete all my data, that I assume they are selling every single piece that they can of it, and just in general abusing the fact that I was dumb enough to become a customer with them. Will never buy from them again.
This is the most bad app ever, I cancel my ticket since July 8 2019 ,I still not getting my refund is take so long time no response at all not do they job , Who will use this app think it over , I cancel when my second son was 2 months now I have time third child that is soon 1 year still not get anything besides waiting and waiting, I don't know how is possible for you to take this long for refund! I keep checking up and is always stay same thing all the time .
Beware of Travelink! I recently booked a flight through their website and two days later they cancelled my flight and promised a refund within a week. However, after multiple calls and emails, they now claim it will take 40 days for the refund and it's been over two months with no money returned. They just sent me an email saying my ticket is non-refundable, even though it was their own cancellation. I highly advise caution when considering booking with this company as it appears to be a scam
Absolute trash service! Two weeks after booking a flight and getting ready for the holiday trip I received an email that said booking unsuccessful. After 2 weeks, without explanation, no other options, no contact info to reach them. I received 10 euros as a compensation unfortunately the flight ticket is now around 150 euros more expensive. Shame!
The app said that only my return flight was cancelled. I contacted the help center to confirm I could still take my outbound flight and they said yes. When I arrived at the airport I was not able to check in and had to buy another ticket on the spot. It was extremely expensive and super stressful.
Do not use this company. Try to book it by yourself from the airlines directly. I made a mistake to use it and selected Cancellation Guarantee, tried to cancel just few minutes after booking due to a date mistake..., it turned out that 20% fee will be subtracted. However when I have booked with Lufthansa directly, I always could cancel without any fee within 24 hours.
