This App works extremely well, and is much more feature heavy than you could imagine or possibly need. With the Jabra Sound+ app not only can you optimize the headphones but you get pass through sound amplification that you can use while listening to music, on a call, or just with the headphones in your ears. This feature makes the 65ts and Active 75ts low grade hearing aids on top of being amazing headphones. With any variety of 75t or 85t earbuds you also get active noise cancellation as an added bonus if you’re one of those people that thinks you need it. Call quality on both ends is five stars all around, and the presets and equalizer controls allow you to customize your soundstage exactly how you've always wanted. The white noise feature along with its 12 different presets makes the any compatible pair of Jabras optimal for naps on a plane, or during your daily commute. I wouldn't use the feature over night only because I'm prone to ear infections. The ONLY downsides I could mention is the quick battery depletion when fiddling with the Jabra Sound+ app on the 65ts in particular. The 75ts did not have this battery drain issue when utilizing the Sound+ App.

I was very skeptical of ear buds that required an accompanying app. I just wanted some quality ear buds that I could stick in my ears and go. Or so I thought. Let me explain…. I spent 20 years in the Air Force as an aircraft mechanic and have literally spent 10’s of thousands of hours around running jet engines along with a myriad of other hazardous noise sources. The current state of my hearing is absolutely a reflection of that. When I launched the app…begrudgingly…and it proceeded to give me what basically amounted to a hearing test, I was amazed. The app wanted to customize my listening experience while taking into account the frequency ranges each of my ears has difficulty with. As if that wasn’t enough, the app also allowed me to adjust the noise cancelling level and balance which is great because my left ear is a lot worse than my right. Probably from listening to those aforementioned jet engines out the driver’s side window of a maintenance truck in the latter years of my military career. These ear buds are amazing. And the app that accompanies them is unbelievably handy. It slows you to do things with the ear buds you didn’t even know you would love. Thank you, Jabra!

The Jabra Elite 75t checks all the boxes. First and foremost the audio quality is superb. You have the ability to tailor the music to your liking with the various presets available via the app (default, bass boost, treble boost, speech, smooth). Not all of the wireless earbuds have this capability. As I mentioned the app is where you can do this as well as for firmware updates which didn’t take a long time. The app also contains a user manual. Let me reiterate...not all wireless earbuds have this capability. Now for the comfort and look - this is where in my opinion Jabra shines. Many of the wireless earbuds on the market today don’t particularly look great in the ear. They are either too big (like the Bose Soundsport Free), too dorky (Apple AirPods), or just odd looking. Creative thought was put into these, for they look and feel just right. I don’t ever feel that they are going to fall out of my ear. If you have that fear then how can you really enjoy them? So from an audio, comfort, and app standpoint they are superb. As for cons I really don’t have any so if you are looking for top quality wireless earbuds that provide what I just discussed then look no further...Jabra Elite 75t!

App and headphones are great together! I use the noise canceling on my motorcycle and jam out while riding. Also great for phone calls as I can’t get food micropjone function while my iPhone is in its case, so I pretty much only make calls thru headphones. Great customization in the app for sound types and preferences too. Only negative is there isn’t a ton of base, however that’s a pretty consistent downside I’ve found with all earbuds when comparing to full size- bass always less in buds. Overall though these were half the price of top brands, and I feel really pleased with how they’ve worked, considering I’m able to pleasantly enjoy on motorcycle. It doesn’t cancel the entire motorcycle but it does block it enough that it doesn’t hurt my ears, and I’m able to enjoy music at normal volumes (meaning I’m not just turning it up over the moto, I do get significant cancellation). Obviously nothing cancels completely but I’m very pleased. You can also customize the cancellation. So if you’re using these to block specific sounds (motors, generator, workplace, etc.) you can adjust cancellation to fit the noise situation.

Five star for sure. I love that you can see up profiles depending on what you are doing. As I learn Spanish on my break I put on hear thru so I can hear my voice as I pronounce each word, while I'm gaming so I can still hear game audio while playing but still listen to music or a video. Not just that, but also I can change EQ on the fly, turning bass up while listening to rap, or turn mids up while listening to rock. It also has a quick change feature that stays in your notifications. Amazing.

I LOVE 'EM!!! These are really great for the average user. There is an app that controls several awesome functions. They are on the high end in price, but they aren't the MOST expensive, and it was money well spent in my book. Only thing I have even approaching negative is the sound quality...it's pretty good (good enough for me), but a musician is gonna want a higher level of sound quality.

Used to work well. After losing the headphones for a while, I found them again, but the app no longer seems to be able to detect them. They connect to the phone no problem, just not the app. A pity because the audio needs to be rebalanced, but that seems to be impossible without the app. Edit: seems the issue was that the battery has died and is unable to charge. Guess it went through quite an adventure while missing. Can't fault the app for a hardware issue, so I will return the 5* review.

I'm using ellite 8 active. The app works well, but I have one complain. I think we should have the option to set the function of either headset to do the same thing. For example while wearing the right side you can do voice command, hear text or email readout, but if you're wearing the left one you don't have that option. I buy this earpiece mostly for phone calls so I only wear one side at a time. I hope that a software upgrade can add that option.

This is what a software/hardware relationship should look like. It's quick and easy to detect, connect, and configure supported buds. My biggest request would be to have the custom EQ setting be saved once set. Right now, every time I take my buds out of the case and connect them to my phone, the first thing I have to do is go in and reselect my custom EQ.

I love the fit, executed my full work out and they did not budge. The app support and refining is excellent. The only reason I did not rate it a solid 5 was due to the Bluetooth connection. It was patchy and got a little annoying. I keep my phone on me at all times so I know it's not out of reach. Hope Jabra can keep me updated.

I am an audio freak! In the last year I have grooves with Bose, Beats, Sony, AKG, Denon, multiple custom European sets, Apple and finally Jabra. The Jabra headset is quite impressive for its price and quite frankly not the best appealing look and sometimes feel. The seal between your ear and the outdoors is so good sometimes it takes adjusting back to the real world when you take them out. I mean this in a great way! Really allows you to get lost in the music. Sound quality is quite amazing and to the average consumer this will be a buy that could give you close to a higher quality headset. The downfall of the headset unfortunately does come in the app. It is extremely limited for having similar features to say the Sony headsets. Sony has and epic app for their headset when it comes to true customization. The Jabra has so much potential!!!! Please pour development into the app! Another issue I noticed is that when the headset is paired with multiple phones the volume is not the same between them. Very odd, tried all the basic reset and reconnect, redownloaded app still same prob.

controls and options are put in the least intuitive places, seemingly to give you the least control over the earbuds features as possible. Want to control the noise canceling? Tell us what you want then we will do it for you. it's infantalizing. An option to simply manually control the earbuds would be ideal. Some of us know what we want and what we are doing.

Easy UI. Headphones are the biggest flaw. i know this is an app review but I gotta vent for a sec. Got the Jabra elite 2's and they aren't bad. Decent sound stage and the app EQ doesn't distort the audio. 5stars there. the case is cheap, the battery is mid. and worst of all you can only use the "RIGHT" bud for mono call/ use. That means for the price, decent quality.... till ya lose the right one. rants over. 3star overall🙃

For me the sound is just so-so. I think that the major problem is that my ear canal is too small for the smallest of the ear bud covers, so the sound - and volume- are less than they would be if the buds actually fit. My over-ear noise-cancelling Sonys are multiple times better, just less convenient on the street. Disappointing to not find buds that work for me.

This app is fine. I open it to try to get a clue on where I've lost an earbud. Every time, it asks me if I would like to opt in to find my Jabra, I say yes, and it acts as though the missing earbud has never been connected to the phone or app before. Every time. It's very frustrating. It's useless, because I keep thinking it's going to help but just end up wasting time. EQ options and all are fine. I do not understand the organization of the settings, if there is a system... It's unique.

The button controls randomly reset to factory...including hear-through & play/pause, inarguably the most important function. update: app crashes 1-3x a day, even if I haven't opened it for weeks. oh, and if I try to manually re-pair (like after they time out), I have to "forget" them from Bluetooth and re-add them, which means I have to go get my phone to use them.

The app is fine, works well. the problem is the hardware. When i make calls, the people listening in say that they hear the outside noise MORE than they hear me. :(. I really wanted there to work so badly but whatever adjustments i made, it's the same, outside noise greater than my voice and I have a loud voice. next stop will be the Samsung Galaxy buds.

I see your reviews are full of complaints and I am sorry to tell you I have one too. I downloaded the app to my phone and had no issues there, but when I tried to use the earbuds with my computers they have no volume to them. I had to down load an equalizer with sound boost to get the sound up to where I could hear it and then it's on the volume scale at 70 or 80 to hear it comfortably. I haven't found anything to download to my computers so I can adjust them. Only the app for the cell phone.

Bad app and the ear buds aren't much better. I tried to uninstall and reinstall to fix the glitches, all that did was delete my settings (which was part of the problem to begin with). Settings dont stick. Language selection doesn't stick. There is a serious bluetooth delay. It is impossible to find an easy way to update the software/firmware. This app is not helpful.

Pop-up requested a review, you got it. Hear-through SUCKS!! It's software, not hardware. When hear-thru adjusted to max, can barely hear someone beside you. When on a phone call, same person next to you is now 2x to 3x louder, drowning out the phone conversation. Jabra Elite 4 Active. Noise canceling is also weak. Can't tell the difference between noise canceling mode, and passive noise (off) mode.

I used to have the 75actives and upgraded to the 7 elite active. I've went through 2 pairs and still they disconnect when I make a call or connect when in case. The 75s had a much more durable compact case. Seems like Jabra made a deal w/ Tozo, which sell on Amazon for 20$ and put a cover on the buds and stampedJabra on the case. They look identical. The app rarely recognizes my buds. I constantly have to put them back in the case, close it, then open and put them back in my ears. Don't buy!!!!

I did all the steps to connect te app to get my warranty. I have spent 15 minutes several times waiting for it to check if its "connected." Ive had them for less than 3 days and the right earbud has started working. I've followed everything on the FAQ and nothing. I started using jabra devices 7 years ago with the hands car device. This is a disappointing experience this time. If I could put no stars to rate this I would. 75t

Review bombing to get Jabra's attention. PLEASE increase the volume for hearthrough! At least add a setting to boost it! It's so quiet I can't hear people when listening to music. Even when my music is off I have trouble hearing people. There is an increase in volume compared to having it off, but I still think it could be louder with a simple software update. I go to the gym with friends and I have to take my earbuds out every single time someone says something to me.

I just bought a Speak 510, and while it came with a tag to download the app and extend the warranty to 2 years... This model is not in the app. Even when I click the link that says my device is not in the list...the Speak 510nisnt listed their either. I mean, come in Jabra. Get it together. If you are going to list your products, then list them all. What a joke, won't be going with Jabra again in the future...especially after reading how many others have trouble with this app.

App is worthless because your headphones won't last long. I have gone through 2 different models of Jabra earbuds and neither set lasted even 6 months. Latest were 75t and they just stopped charging after only 3 months. NEVER AGAIN! Reply: I've dealt with your customer service before, and it was even worse experience than I've had with the devices. At this point I'll just count it all as a $500+ lesson and move on with my life.
