Wonderful app to help plot & track of all the small tasks that add up to a big project! Syncs perfectly with Microsoft Teams to delegate tasks stay on top of deadlines. A must-have for project managers. I use it for all the different components of creating and releasing a music album. Having an analytical look at the project's process is a major asset when prioritizing what needs to get done first.

Seriously, this app is everything I could need in my life right now. I'm pretty old fashioned and like to write most of my events and tasks down in a physical planner, but I have learned I also need that info on the go as I have become a busy adult. I’ve searched for different apps to assist with my organization, but none have done it quite so well as this one. Working on my PhD coursework, research, advisor tasks, plus new-mom duties to take care of my 6 month old, and building a business... this app helps me keep my head together. I need this app to stay around forever, so please don’t disappear or phase out!! When I tell others (everyone, basically) about why I love this app, my description boils down to “lists, on lists, on lists” which is perfect for an organizer like myself!! I never thought I would be over the moon anything by Microsoft but this app pleasantly surprised me. Keep doing your thing, y’all!! Hi Hizzle8 - Thank you taking the time to share your kind words, we really appreciate it! We spend a lot of time making sure that everything is working properly in Planner, and it's always a nice reminder when we hear directly from people that it's going well. We hope you'll continue to enjoy using the Planner app!

I have used this software for about six months now. Although the application has collaboration functionality, for my single-member LLC, all that I need is to keep track of a set of tasks, describe them, estimate the time to complete them, create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), assign a date and time (with the help of Calendar) to complete each time, which shows on my schedule as 'Busy' - which is exactly what I want, then finally record the actual time the task took. There are a few features that I would like it to have, like automatic integration with my Calendar product on iOS. But, except for a few features that I would love it to have, the software application is a great solution for my task needs. We’re so glad that you’re enjoying the Planner app! And, thanks for taking the time to give feedback! We’ll review this with the product team. Thanks for making Planner better!

This app provides well optimised management features for work, projects and even personal things. Also, there are some collaborative work features too.

I really like this app. It's the right blend of simplicity and power. Feels a lot like how I tried to make Wunderlist work for business years ago but it never really did. This feels cleaner and less friction overall than Trello. Keep up the great work. I don't use Teams though. I'd love to get this hooked up to Slack. One thing I'd change: after clicking into a task from the 'My Tasks' section, the name of the Plan is in the upper left, next to the Bucket Name. Clicking the Plan name should take me to the Plan, not to change the bucket, like makes sense would happen when you click on the bucket name. I can't seem to get back to the Plan unless I go to the Planner Hub. Just a few extra clicks that mightn't be needed... Thanks for using our app and providing your feedback! In our latest update to the Planner app, we've updated the Task Details page so that tapping the plan name at the top will navigate you to the Plan Board. Please update the app, give it a try, and feel free to let us know what you think!

Began creating a group for the Small Business I work with. I find that being able to communicate as a team as well as view, create and assign task is very helpful for a business. This in turn also provides a sense of organization as well as good workmanship. The only thing that would be great is to have this available as a desktop app and not just available on webpage. It just makes things more convenient and less like to lose you place if the internet or web browser crashes. Other than that, this is a great addition and has plenty of potential. Thank you.

I have been using the app for 2 days only. so far it is doing what it is intended to with excellence. I love how it sends frequent reminders about task status. Some important functionality is missing though such as preventing a task to be deleted by any person and alerting for deleted tasks.

I use this constantly to keep track of tasks and brain dump things I need to do. The buckets help me prioritize and organize, while being able to set a due date helps me to not stress about the task because it will pop up on the day it's due!

A great little app with a couple of exceptions. 1 - Turning an Outlook email into a new Planner To Do is complex and incomplete. Considering both apps are from Microsoft and the vast majority of requests from users arrive in my outlook inbox, this is a definite oversight. 2 - You can't tag colleagues with the @ sign. Other than that it's pretty cool - txs!

Absolutely great application. The only thing that I can think of to fix is when you go to the home screen and back into the application it resets to the beginning of the list again. Since I have multiple buckets, it's a pain to go back and forth and have to swipe over to the designated bucket every time I reopen the app

For managing projects and keeping tabs on tasks, this app does just that. I was looking for an easy to use project management software that worked on my phone and desktop. This being from Microsoft, I was able to quickly link up my account and get to work. Even better it's looks good on my Samsung Z Fold4. You can assign tasks to individuals, assign color categories/labels and set a task to be reoccurring. I do appreciate the notes areas where documents can be attached or websites added.

The UI is not totally intuitive or fluid and the lack of a dark mode is always a negative. Integration across devices and with Teams works well (but could still be more seamless with the latter). Correspondingly, the lack of a desktop app is a definite shortcoming: I often have many tabs open in my browser and lose track of one or another.

Agree with some of the other feedback, particularly improving the workflow from outlook. I also find the standard themes quite difficult to see the outline of the cards on, particularly on my e-ink tablet and would love an option to simplify the view and put a more solid outline on each card. would also love to be able to create a task from the "assigned to me" view, as is possible in Teams. However, as a simplified way to bring everything from Teams planners together it works well.

It's nice. It has some sorting limitations, but it also has a lot of classroom potential for ESE and more.

App is easy to use but not really helpful for my use case since I can't copy any tasks (trying to copy formatting), I can only manage what is already there. Great potential if it can mimic everything the desktop app/webpage does. App crashes randomly which is very frustrating as I use this for work and time is money. It also keeps unpinning my plans and puts them at the bottom of the recent list. comments and attachments get "mixed up" between tasks and information doesn't display properly.

Overall this is a pretty good app and a pretty good task planning tool. As a primarily business user, outlook has been home base for long time and it is intuitive. I get that different users like different UIs. But for me I wish that Planner and Teams (and other Office 365 apps) were seamlessly integrated with Outlook. Calendar is integrated with the Outlook iPhone app but why not Planner and Teams? All of these systems seem like they want to connect with each other seamlessly but then they don’t and you end up stuck in silos. The breakthrough for the Office 365 suite will be when MS makes the dynamic work platform of Office available in a unified user interface. For me that ideal interface would be Outlook with all others hanging therefrom. Outlook email groups, Teams channels, Planner threads all tend to get siloed from each other (there is a wonky method for connecting some of these but it is not easy and doesn’t work fully). Yet these are essentially the same workflow data, just with different UI interaction points.

It seems to be great program with a lot of various options for the typical Microsoft office 365 business platform. However it is incredibly frustrating that I can't take an email and directly link it to a task by attaching the e-mail to it in a seamless motion. It takes considerable amount of time trying to get one from the other and a lot of extra steps that should not take his long.

Major pain, app signs you out, no setting to remain signed in or to add biometric, fingerprint log in. Much better interface though in Planner app vs accessing it through Teams.

It is not synchronized. Premium Planners are not shown... It is also not synced to Teams, pushes us to use a browser, which is inconvenient.

Missing a lot of plans I made in desktop. Someone told me this is because my plans are created using my premium license... So I guess the logic goes like this: use standard and you can use the app. Pay extra for premium? Then we'll take away mobile! What a genius marketing strategy.

Won't let me sign in, either it's endlessly thinking or just a black screen. I can use it on desktop so it's definitely an app problem. Reinstalling doesn't solve the problem.

Yet another bloated app; But in stead of the apk just taking up more space than is probably necessary like Edge, Outlook, or OneDrive, this doesn't even load past the first login screen at all.

I actually don't know where to begin. I could start with the fact that this app doesn't work in offline mode. Or, there's the fact that it constantly unfavourites favourites. But my favourite deficiency is that there is no reminder function for tasks. It's telling that even CoPilot recommends Trello instead (it described it as a Swiss Army Knife that could only cut Jelly!!). Whoever developed this rubbish has no idea about UX.

This app needs major updates. 1. Dosn't work with Premium Plans 2. Only supports one account (unlike every other office app which allow for switching between multiple accounts) 3. Many fields cant be viewed or editied through this app. Since I can already see Tasks in Outlook, and this app doesn't support many basic plan management features or any premium/advanced features, I dont think it even makes sense having it installed. Other project management apps are far superior. (Even free)

Very disappointing. it's like an early Dev build or something. It's missing swathes of features from its web counterpart. You can do almost nothing, especially if you create your plans on the web version using premium because they won't even show up on this app.

Probably user error, but it doesn't show all of my plans or any of my buckets. If it is network instability then that is a problem as I was able to install it and I get no connectivity errors when browsing the plans which do appear
