The app does not want to upload at times. It's been doing it frequently. This app really socks trying to look at your schedule.
This app is really frustrating to work with, as a scheduler, and getting my schedule. I use it on a computer and mobile app, and now weekly have to re-sign in, with a 14-character password with human verification everytime. Viewing all employees at the same time when making a schedule is not available you can only see 3 at a time. Waiting for it to load and to load to a new screen takes forever, and it stalls quite often. It seems very archaic deserves an overhaul.
very buggy and glitch, on shift wallet is a hit or miss 99% of the time if i can even get into see my actual wallet . My scheldule is never correct. Had a big hassle logging in and setting up. the 2 step verification dosent take you to thebwallet you have to hit the X and 1 out of 20 times it may let me through. no one has given this a 5 star if they have actually used this app. I could design a better one with AI....
I uninstalled the app as customer support had me do, and now I can't reinstall it! 5 STARS FOR THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SHE WAS AMAZING, BUT OTHER THAN THAT ONSHIFT REALLY IS PROBLEMATIC.
This app has issues every other day. It's pretty stupid I have to create a new password to get in!! And the people who do maintenance on this app are probably some of the laziest people ever!!
Not working at all this system is awful for the first time ever using this. I have attempted to reset my password, which has never worked .This is frustrating when you are trying to use this for work.
wish I could give it zero stars, it doesn't work half the time, from what my boss says it's a nightmare trying to make everyone's schedule, it has no accessibility like seriously why can't I zoom in?? or at least have the option to make the text bigger, I can't even see who all I'm working with unless they do the same position as me and having to make a 14 character password is actually ridiculous, hate that we changed to this
Can't get notifications, so I don't know when schedule out or important messages.
schedule disappeared, no data available. can't pick up shifts. no answers, and coworkers say it never worked.
I'm not able to see my shifts, keeps saying "server error " I've restarted, uninstall and reinstall, nothing is working? Can't sign up for shifts and can't see shifts???
Terrible. It won't even allow me to unblock notifications, and I'm missing all of the information my scheduler is sending out.
It's extremely annoying when your app keeps asking you to log in and password about every 3 weeks....you want higher stars 🌟...fix this problem or glitch....it's never done that before.
What is happening with this app!?!? I have several shifts I'm scheduled and none are showing up in my app. When I try to find open shifts, it says there aren't any but there are loads if them when you look via the web. I've tried uninstalling and it is STILL an issue! You keep telling people the SAME thing in their reviews but don't you think you should take a closer look since so many of us are having issues??? Get it together!
There seems to be a lack of urgency in correcting their issues. For over a week now, I am unable to check my schedule. This is not an isolated case as my coworkers are experiencing the same issue. I encourage you all to seriously consider dropping Onshift and changing to another program. I get having tech issues, but not for weeks, and not without improvement!
This app always logs me out randomly and when I try to log back in, it tells me my information is incorrect when it's not (I have it auto-saved and even written down). It's frustrating having these glitches in this app. I will be signed in, then when I go back in an hour; I'm signed out. The call of a sudden I will be magically logged in the next day. Update: no it's not the wallet feature. We don't use that through my employer.
A buggy mess. I've had several glitches where it wouldn't load my schedule, and I'm basically locked out of early funds since the new update. When I try to log into my bank accnt I'm not taken to where I need to do this, the page needed doesn't load and I'm stuck. Contacting customer support even during off hours yeilds automated 'higher than normal call volume', and in app troubleshooting is glitched out for me. Shameful considering this involves people's work life and short notice funds 😡
This app is easy to use but that's if it works. There're too many glitches. I've been trying for the last three hours to log but I keep getting this message " We are having trouble connecting. You may have lost connection to the Internet or have a slow connection" I'm sorry but both wifi and cellular connections are working with internet apps tried using except this. Using the online account tells me my username/password is wrong but they aren't. I need info urgently but this app won't let me!
My coworkers and I have noticed this app has many issues locking people out of their accounts needing an administrator to redo their whole account setup, as well as logging them out without prompt regardless of settings. This takes up so much time and creates a lot of frustration and miscommunication within teams who can't see their schedules as a whole.
Well I see it's not just me experiencing the same issues with the error: your not connected to the internet message. Your guy's previous response post all say the same thing, "we have fixed the issue that which was causing the program to slow down. Well that can't be the issue if it's still not connected to the internet. But if it is the problem (speed) could use guys speed it up and fix it properly some of us have to get to work.
Can't rate this higher than one star, because it needs to actually work for me to rate its performance. I have this program set up on my desktop machine, and it works pretty well. But the app does not accept the user/pass that I use on that machine. I've deleted and reinstalled it; no luck. Same with resetting password. It never texts/calls with reset instructions. Useless.
