Great interactive tool to use for teaching, gathering information, collecting ideas, colllaboration, project work. Simple and useful. I have been using it for quite a long time, and now it helps me to realize distant learning. I can share ideas, links, videos and files with my students, grade their work and add comments. Number one for me!
This is such a versatile tool. Absolutely love using it. Shame about the limitations to the free version, but people will pay for this product. Fantastic idea.
I've been using Padlet for a few years now, and I love it! I'm a tutor and it's a great tool to set work with students and provide links to online resources. I also love it for collecting personal research when I find myself going down a Google rabbit-hole. Definitely one of my most useful digital tools. Five Stars! ☆☆☆☆☆
This is the most versatile app to use for education. I use it for lessons, notes, everything. it is great and easy to use
Brilliant app, allows so many options, text, images, comments... love it
excellent interactive board useful for students and teachers.
Overall good app and useful. But I use it mostly as a diary of my food intake and gym activity, which means I duplicate posts a lot. For some time, when duplicating a post, it doesn't go by default in the same category, it goes to some other random category, which makes me waste time frequently to put the new post back where it belongs. Can this be fixed please?
Great, but steep pricing. It's still my favorite collaborative organization app, but I don't know if the monthly price is worth paying. I deleted the automatically made 'Favorites' padlet, and it still says I have 2/3 free padlets left when I really only have 1. I wish we could pay something like $5 for 15 additional padlets, instead of paying for a regular subscription.
Without link or QR code I can't find via search educational institution which I need to follow. Yeah, it'd be really convenient to have a search option working.
super slow and the banner can't close easy
I really love Padlet - I just wish that when you 'made a copy' of a padlet, it would allow other people to post on it. That way I would not have to remake them from scratch for multiple classes. EDIT: This response is incorrect, you cannot copy a padlet and allow other people to post on it. Also, the phone app will not let me scroll, it just moves the boxes in the columns instead of scrolling. It works really well on the computer. Also, the video size limit is quite frustrating.
Disappointed. This app kind of sucks. It's not intuitive at all. No ability to edit. Doesn't even let me bring up a keyboard most of the time. It doesn't allow me to edit video. It seemed like it was just one let down after another.
The browser version is quite good, but this app is terrible. The design seems okay, if a bit clunky, but the functionality is awful. Buttons sometimes just don't work, padlets don't save correctly, and it crashes quite frequently. I can't tell you how many times I've shut down and re-open the app just to save some text under a heading, wherein I would also have to copy and paste the text so that it wouldn't be lost. Liked using this on the browser, and would like to use it on my phone. But cant
The idea behind the app is very nice. And it helps working together in one space, but when ever you try to write something it sometimes just deletes the last two letters or jumps to the end when trying to edit. If you write a bit faster, sometimes it does not take your spaces or commas. The input handling needs to be improves drastically.
Start up Company trying it out, and Padlet removes content as state its in violation. Don't use the site is not safe as my new product labels for my company were removed looking for another platform.
not great cannot zoom out so cannot easily see what is on a board when using for mind mapping. Mural is much easier to use
downloaded and never used idk what this does. It takes too much loading and prompts before it does what it's supposed to do. and the app name doesn't help me know what it's for. and since I forgot I'm going to delete it.
I cannot use my phone keyboard to log into my account using this app. The keyboard quickly appears and disappears. My account is not using Google or another preloaded platform. I would like to receive phone alerts when posts happen on my padlets but cannot if I can't access my account on my phone.
