pretty solid app, one thing I would suggest, is to add a feature that allows maintenance to leave updates on your work order. to keep you informed on what's going on, like if they are waiting for a part to come in, how long it's they expect to take to complete the work order, etc. it sucks waiting for a work order to be completed and be left completely clueless on why it's taking so long.

The app is convenient, but I had to detract a star for the thermostat portion, specifically the schedule. It's unreliable at best. It will work for several days and then one day it will pick a random temperature setting and stick to it for a while. And then recently they pushed an update that broke the interface so I can't enable or disable the schedule anymore.

The app does what it's designed to do, pay rent electronically and place maintenance tickets and that's why I use it. However, if paying from my bank account, the entire account number is visible! For security reasons that is not acceptable and needs to be fixed ASAP! Only the last 4 digits of our accounts numbers should be visible. Update: The bank account numbers have been decreased to the last four digits. Thank you!!

Annoying overnight - the "Remember Me" feature - useless. Constantly have to keep signing in w extra verification steps every time. I'd love to adjust the thermostat or lock/ unlock the door quickly pls. Also could these be on the front page of Quick options vs having to find in the side list after all the previous steps of having to log back in. This app has become more tedious. Don't like to leave negative reviews, but here we are. : ( Will adjust if fixed, thx.

Great way to pay your rent, but at the speed of dial up internet. Also, you can't dismiss announcements and always loads these plus the leave a comment screen everytime you login or switch accounts. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see above problems were an app issue. Unfortunately, this didn't do anything. It's either a problem associated with my phone (Samsung Note 10+) or with the app all together. I plan to continue using the mobile site and until an app update is released.

More convenient than manually handing over a check to your landlord every month, but the app is uncomfortably slow. Also, it will sometimes just not work or act like you didn't pay your balance, even though your bank account has already been charged. Issues are noticeably worse around the first of every month (when everyone is paying their rent), so it's likely an issue with their servers.

Biometric still doesn't work, and you can't even set it up once you're signed in. I still have to reset my password whenever I try to access the app (sometimes Verification Code sent via text works, but not always). My maintenance history is always empty despite submitting multiple requests in the past. Not reliable for tracking anything in my opinion, including rent payments. The layout is nice and straightforward. Wish I could tell if anyone actually fixes these bugs ever.

Initial setup was a bit of a pain. I was under the impression this was separate from the previous login/payment portal we were using. I also REALLY don't like how there is no payment breakdown. Our leasing office has maliciously snuck charges into our rent payments, and our previous portal had line item balances for each charge (rent, water, trash, etc.), so I could discuss or dispute anything that shouldn't be there. I don't have that option with this app.

New issue with one time password and other account integration. Just let me loggin with the password I had previously setup. I didn't opt into any two factor and didn't receive an email saying I'd be forced to have it. If I had to I would have picked an authenticator instead of email. IMO the app has only been getting worse. Performance is slow and biometric sign on doesn't work anymore. We're now at a stage where the webapp we had last year was actually easier to use than this app.

There is no way to see my past ledger and payments. I remember using Entranta back in 2016 and could do that. The drilling down you have to do to send an email to the property is ridiculous. it should be no more than one click to get to it. On the web, you can barely even find it. It also seems like they don't QC very well. There was a stretch of multiple weeks where you couldn't even send an email.

no point in using the app anymore since updates it's no better or easier than the website. doesn't save email log in info anymore so you have to type it out each time. can't use password anymore only verification codes/link which makes it easier to get locked out of an account. what's the point of having a "save info" button if it doesn't work? why would you get rid of password sign in? absurd and super frustrating. better off using the website

it is impossible to register a vehicle... received an email from my apartment complex on how to register my vehicle in the app, followed all the steps but once you hit edit in your personal info it doesnt allow you to scroll down to the vehicle information like it is supposed to. I don't know why my complex wanted to switch to this app... the only app they had us using was for better

App Needs Another Update! The app keeps closing as soon as I log in. sent a couple of different emails through the feedback channels and still no response. the app worked fine (for 1 week) when I first got registered with it and now every time I log in the app crashes. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times, no change. You would think that an app, that many people are required to use to pay their rent, would be properly maintained and bug free!

I can't log in; it constantly says "You're session has timed out due to inactivity. Please sign in again." But when I sign in again, the app kicks me out with the same error message. No matter how many times I sign in, it won't let me proceed. I tried uninstalling/ reinstalling & clearing caches but still get the same error. I tried emailing the support email listed in the app store and got an auto response saying the email is "no longer being monitored and will soon be deprecated."

This app never updates to the yearly rent increase automatic and causes a bunch of late fees, and now i'm behind on rent with the late fees. Also, I've been enrolled in auto payment this whole time for the 1st of every month, but I can't even may a payment on the past due balance because it won't let me. Now I have to get a cashier check. What an inconvenience, and idk what the point of the automatic payment is then. This is such a big problem.

I do not appreciate being forced to use a debit card and paying a $5 fee to pay my rent on time. I went through the trouble of installing this app and adding my bank information just to be told that I need to go through a verification process before I can use it - something I have never had to do before, because e-checking shouldn't require verification, let alone take 3 days and a hoop to do so. Ya'll just want us to use a debit card and pay the fee, and that's just scummy, greedy behavior.
