Update: 12/24 I reset the data and the cache. Works fine now! This app used to work great! All of a sudden it stopped backing up on its own. It will not let me do a manual backup either. It says the last backup was in September. I cannot even click into a different screen without it closing itself out. I am giving 3⭐ because it used to work great. Otherwise, based on it's current condition, I would rate 1⭐. Help!? Fix ASAP please!!

This is my replacement for Google Photos. They are eventually going to cutoff unlimited photo storage so why wait? I'm making the move now! I like this app the only part I don't understand is the part about device albums. I don't have any pics in my gallery at this time so I am assuming that these are photos in the cloud that were never actually backed up. I'm fine with that, but I would like the option to move them to the cloud or delete them at some point. More to come.

I'm super happy this is an option, and I successfully got my photos backed up to the app. That being said, it had some bad glitching where it would freeze a LOT and would not only freeze in the app but would freeze my entire phone, as if it were bricked. It sometimes asked if I wanted to close out of the app or wait. I'd end up having to restart my phone once it unfroze my device. Due to this, it makes me a bit nervous to store my photos there AND wipe them from my device.

I'm on day 2 of downloading 700 pictures. I'm not sure why it's taking so long, and it's affecting my data usage (phone and internet is much slower than usual). I don't have access to wifi so I use my data plan. My phone also gets hot and battery usage is higher (I have the Samsung Galaxy S23+ Ultra). The Backup status screen should allow the user to select pi tures and videos they want to select, but is does not. The unlimited option is a great plus!

I love the IDEA behind this app. I downloaded it the other day and backed up my photos. All was great. Until today, my phones battery was drained (while I was not using my device), and it began getting hot (again, it was laying idle on my desk while I was working). The only new thing I had downloaded was this app, I deleted it, and my phone cooled off and went back to the normal battery usage....so all in all, could be a great app, but seems like there may be some bugs.

Needs a lot of work. First off, it needs an option to select what you want to back up. I have a lot of archived photos on my SD card that I really didn't want to back up again, but there is no option to be able to ignore them. The biggest issues is that it has been attempting to upload pictures for 5 days now, it will upload a couple, then it just freezes up and wont make any progress for hours. Force killing thr app or restarting the phone don't seem to make a difference either.

I like this app a lot. It has a lot of neat features and I love the idea of infinite storage. My only issue with this app is there there is no website online for me to access my backed up photos. If you back up photos from any phone, there needs to be some sort of online access to get access to my photos. I shouldn't have to have a phone with att photo storage loaded up to be able to access my pictures, att photo storage should be accessible from any browser. great app, needs more accessibility.

Once you get through the backing up issues, the BIGGEST flaw of this app is that it does not have intuitive organization using meta data that accompanied your photos. It doesn't organize your photos or videos based on the phone album it came from (i.e. camera, screenshots, downloads, etc.) This app allows you to Free up storage on your phone by deleting the photos from your phone. But why would you EVER do this if there is only a continuous scrolling log of photos that you now have to search.

I've had this app for a while with AT&t and so far it has done a good job at backing up my photos and videos at the same resolution and quality with the correct time and dates of when certain photos and videos were taken and downloaded and such. However, unfortunately I will no longer be using this application because it has proven to be quite the opposite of what I want. It's buggy and the crashes often, it doesn't download everything I specifically select. Sometimes crashes halfway through.

Tortal Garbage. Everytime I try to open it it freezes and does not work. Very low capacity as well.. Not recommended at all. And of course, ATT customer service is the worst ever. They didn't speak English, don't know what they're doing and it takes 2 hours and several transfers before ending up right back where you started. Nowhere.. Total junk. You're better of with Google Photos

This is a stupid app! My current at&t cell won't read my SIM card any longer, so, can't make calls nor send texts. As a result, at&t / asurion is sending a replacement phone. As part of the procedure, at&t / asurion suggested I download this app. Once downloaded, I was asked for my email to which it sent a 1-time code. They then asked for my cell # to which it texted me another 1-time code. The problem? I CAN'T RECEIVE ANY TEXTS! So, I can't go further, and there is no help or chat button! WTH!

Once you backup pictures, it's nearly impossible to get them out. The quality doesn't render as the original photos and when you try to download, the app freezes and crashes. UPDATE: I've reached out and requested assistance to get the 90.8 GB of photos and videos that I have backed up and apparently NO ONE knows how to export them out. U suppose that is one way to force a customer hostage.

Been having issues with the back up . It just says an error occured and we will try later. This is the second time this happened. And it sucks. First time I emailed the issue twice never got a response so I called and it was finally fixed. But now the issue is back again. So far two emails and no response. So I go several weeks without pictures being backed up. Thinking though that they did. But nope now they are lost since I like to delete off of my phone after a day or two.

Horrible. Slows the wifi in my home and stops streaming while trying to upload photos. Massively slow uploads, tried reinstalling and reseting with no improvement. Google photos is way faster and doesn't slow my wifi in the house. Been on the phone with them a couple times, nothing has changed. Yes, I have the latest version, and the last time I was on the phone with 2 different people from asurion, for over an hour, nothing was fixed.

Backup hasn't worked in 2 weeks. I've contacted them 3 times and haven't heard back. I restarted my phone and uninstalled/reinstalled and the problem keeps happening. This morning it said my battery was too low to backup but it was at 100% and on the charger. I keep having random issues with this app and it takes forever to get them resolved. I found an AT&T thread from 6/15 that claims the problem was resolved, but it clearly hasn't.

Awful! So slow to scroll through photos. Try to download and says saved to device but it doesn't save. If you select a photo and the share option, when you go back it takes you to most recent, not where you were, which means having to scroll way back again (which takes forever). I have very fast internet so it's not my connection. I regret backing up photos on this app.

Problems with this app are: 1- It's so painfully slow its virtually useless! I downloaded the app 5 days ago. In that time it has backed up 271 of my 6000 photos. 2- It doesn't stay connected to the internet. (I have fast business internet so the problem isn't my wifi) 3- I selected to back up over data if wifi isn't available hoping that would help. Nope! It doesn't switch when it drops. And it does it didn't reconnect itself. You have to close the app and restart. Positive: 1- nice layout

You are screwed if you need support. I spent over 2 hours with multiple people & chat trying to get an email changed. It still isn't changed. So, then I go to check uploaded photos with 100% correct password and now I'm locked out for 24 hours. Regarding app, there is no logout. There are no settings to change. It automatically uploads junk pics from my device that I don't want backed up. Give me the option to choose photos!!

PLEASE FIX!!! Their is no way to backup your photos and videos if the app doesn't do it automatically. It has been many months and my app still won't back up my stuff & since their is not a "start backup" button I have not been able to back up anything. I even tried uninstalling the app & reinstalling it & it's the same. Update: I am NOT contacting you as I have done it before and it was useless. You can very clearly read what I posted and solve the problem.

Useless app as it only backs up some of the photos on your device. A backup program should work 100% or it is not working at all. There is no way to select which photos to back up. I have over 13,000 pictures on my phone in different folders. The app backs up a portion from different folders (including WhatsApp sent files, which do not need to get backed up). We need an app improvement where we can select easily whcih folder to back up (like Google Photos has ;-))
