Great app for copy trading. Would be nice to get notifications when trades are opening / closing. The app asks to turn notifications on but there's nothing within the app to send any notifications at all. Also the open trades tab could benefit from having a way to arrange them by date, profit/loss etc Update: I forgot to mention that the app crashes quite often when closing a trade. This will give you a heart attack if you need to close multiple trades!
When the copying works it's fine. The problem is the app/account regularly stops copying new trades from the trader I am following, meaning I miss out on profits. I then have to cancel the copy and re-copy to get this working again. Each time I've contacted support, I get a 0 reason for this, even suggesting I missed trades as I didn't select to copy existing trades (this was after I cancelled and re-added), why when reinstating the copy would I copy existing trades at a different price!
Some stop losses don't stay! Even the best copiers can easily lose you big money, but when they get it right, you only get a small amount???
Very confusing app! Am never on "Spotlight" or "Signals" but traders with negative growth percentage are permanently listed there.
Whether by accident or otherwise I found a notification that this had installed on my phone. I don't recall intentionally installing it, in fact I don't even know what it does. Removed. I suspect that Twitter or Facebook add link was the culprit.
Just comes up with an error when trying to sign up. So can't even use the app at all.
Seem like a scam. Trader 0.01 lot but platform open 0.10 lot for every single trades. Made me lost my profit and even on the verge of MC.

stay away at all cost !! this is my own experience , the copy trader will charge you 30% based on the profit monthly , but the profit are based on ONLY closed position with many floating opened position are still at LOSS , I was charge $136 commission based on 30% profit sharing for 2 months and the 3rd month the copy trader closed all the loss trades for $420 , but they didnt return me the commission which they already deducted , SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!
Really good until the last update, the open and closed section for the signals has Disappeared, now too hard to decide who to copy.
downloaded, signed up and deposited 100$, to try the app. kept getting errors causing me to not be able to copy any trading strategies or traders. tired of the issues I stopped trying on the platform, fast forward 6 months, and i logged into my account to reattempt and the entire account was reset money and all. thank God I only risked 100$, but still 100$ for attempting to use app is still incredibly expensive. anyone using this app beware!!!
Terrible app. I managed to set up n linked to my acct but it's meant to be private yet there are strangers that can copied my trade.. at the same time I am unable to set up my fees. The fee set up page just do not work.
this app is bugged, you can register but then can't sign in or accumulated 1:1 to the platform. classic for a vulnerabilities n that's to Personal information . I do this for a living. I suggest taking it down n re-evaluate n offer encryption for the intended audience , or face liability.
This platform works like a scam. I initiated a withdrawal since 11th and the transaction was declined today 15th. I've written email, chatted support severally and made calls to customer care, customer care said only finance can give a response, WhatsApp support stopped responding and email support couldn't give a reason the withdrawal was declined and I kept trying to withdraw and yet withdraw isn't approved. I've never seen any broker like this before. Even the slowest broker isn't this worst
Copy trading function available only on live accounts, hence no way to test on a demo to assess how good the copy trading function is because for all we know, the copy trading could be rubbish. Also the MT4 platform is very dated and not pleasing to look at or use. I'll stick to my IG platform.
unfortunately I can't see my opening positions in the new version if I'm not coping anyone or I want to trade my self. the old version was more informative and useful. please help us to solve this issue. Thanks!
The latest update has ruined the app. Manual trading has been removed, and key live metrics like equity, balance, and floating P/L are no longer shown on the main screen. They now appear only on the account page, which isn’t live like the old positions page was. Margin data has been removed completely. The new "Copies" page feels stripped down. There was no warning, and support has been vague. This is a serious downgrade. Please bring back full functionality.
