very easy to use and navigate with everything that you need as a employee
I love this app! It is so easy to log in and out of. I like that I can use a PIN, my fingerprint, or a password. This is one of the easiest recording apps that I have used.
love the functionality. it's great for small businesses to manage the payments to staff. Love the interface and how easy it is to use.
I like the new "ASK" feature. Now, if the app works the same on my phone as it does on my PC at home, that would be awesome
I really like bamboo for its easy accessibility. But it tends to have connection difficulties. Have had a few nights i couldn't log out or punch in.
Was extremely difficult to get into. Make sure you have the best update on your device as possible because if you don't, you won't be able to 2 step verify it.
love the service users but feel management don't listen enough to staff big drops in hours when being told you are having to work another area not being asked and that's after stating you don't want to do a certain area not worth your while with the traveling distance but you are told days later you are to do that area again no continuity for service users
The app is great for things like clocking in and out, grabbing pay stubs, etc. Unfortunately, in the play store, it says location data is optional, but the app REQUIRES location data to be on. There's nothing optional about that! If a permission is required, that should be made blatantly obvious. This app is also refusing to let me login with my fingerprint, if the app has been idle for a while. Dealing with this problem keeps causing me to clock in late!
Won't let me select a category for time off requests(so I'm unable to do that), and it is unclear how to set up direct deposit.
Cant upload attachments when requesting a day off. Has to be done on the web. Such a simple function, it does not make sense that this hasnt been implemented.
It lacks features that are only available when viewed on the Web, such as a dedicated section for birthdays, new employee welcome screens, and more.Weekly spam email notifications about feedback that you can't turn off. This is illegal
not allowing me to reset password. keeps making me download this stupid app, then not allowing me to reset it through the app. ridiculous design..
Be careful with this app my employers told me they know when I get home in the evening....which creeped me out. I looked at the permissions for this app.... why do they need permission for location,phone,and camera on my own phone. so basically they are able to spy on you with apps like this. Be careful and pay attention to apps employers want you to download just to clock in and out from work. very sneak that is not good at all bottom line....
Absolutely frustrating, Tried to log but it says password is wrong so I submitted a password reset, got the email saying fallow through Link click on the tab and it takes me right back to the sign in page try to log in once again says pass word is wrong again submitted for pass word reset over and over getting absolutely no where so frustrating. Seems like I'm not the only one either
I have tried many times to get a hold of support for no reason, I guess... It fails to give me any email with a way to reset my password so it is dead right at the beginning. Fail for sure.
It needs a lot of work. There's no one to contact if there's a problem. It would be nice to see your yours worked and email further upper management team. If your looking for just the basics then you got it.
difficult to use supposed to help but it's never updated . my information is still inaccurate
The only thing it seams to be good at on my phone is showing me my time off hours I have/and request off. The pay stub only shows a couple of the deductions (not all) and net/gross amounts. All of these are jammed together and not easy to see or read, some have larger fonts and disappear. I wish my company would not have gone with this. If you have a choice I would not recommend this app or company.
Clocking in and out function is unreliable. App locks up, and won't respond to touch commands. Earned (PTO) time off is not showing.
