A lot of the issues were for. You can change the dial to any picture you want from your photos, tempture setting works now. The only complaints I have is you can't change the time from military to 12 hours and that if you're on a group text it won't be pushed, even if you have most of the people individually set to your fitpro contacts. Work texts aren't pushed, and it's a bit frustrating since it's a work watch.

It was really awesome, I got mine, everything about the bracelet work fine, you can change the wallpaper of the time, and put your picture work very very well. call, message, photo, camera, but mine don't have a sensor of recording sleeping mode just and LED that was my big problem on it, and please try to increase the screen display and put a nice feature on it oh battery too

Well, I Finally figured out how to charge this thing. It is OK. For $5 watch, what can one expect. Still have to come to app to really see your stuff. Can't get any sports, music or the other stuff on the watch to do anything. And like most folks say. Won't stay connected to Bluetooth. Connects and disconnects all day long. Band is very uuncomfortable.

For those who think "it didn't come with a charger" --plug the "broken" end of the watch into a USB port. You're welcome. Now, the watch isn't the best ever, but it's not useless either. Mine connected to phone just fine. Heart rate and BP seem to be correct. It shows my messages. BUT, battery life is non-existent. Options for different faces would be great. Before you say it's a waste, spend a little time with the watch and the app, and it might grow on you.

I give 4 stars because although very wearable, cheaper, and a great alternative to buying an expensive watch (if you're like me, and have a job like a mechanic then you'll understand it'll just get broken) with apple or Samsung. but I can't find instructions or figure out how to download more than one watch face at a time. I go on the app, download a watch dial and while it does download and I can use it. you can switch between watch dials but only one will be of your preference.

For the money I guess its worth it . Most of the features work well. Cannot set the time to 12 hours , the charger is wonky and charges very slowly , constantly disconnects from app and the face dials change randomly. I do like the fact that I can track sleep , blood oxygen and blood pressure. It would be great if some of the bugs were worked out. I forgot to ad the most important thing. The privacy settings do not work ! Its an option on the menu but it does not work. Thats kinda sketchy....

The app worked fine, it's the watch that didn't work! It wouldn't turn on after the second charge! I don't know if it was defective or what the problem is, but it powered on for about 5 seconds, long enough to show that battery was fully charged, shut off and stopped working completely! I will try again because I did get a no hassle refund, but I won't have very high expectations this time!

After scanning and enlarging the directions so I could read them due to tiny print, I had no trouble pairing to my phone. But...no apps show readout results on my phone--only on the app itself, which also isn't accurate. After taking my blood pressure, pulse ox and heart rate by another method *while* running measurements via the app simultaneously, I found this: oxygen was the only thing that close to accurate. The app showed a much higher BP than actual, and it showed my heart rate at *twenty* BPM more than actual. While I don't expect watches to be entirely accurate, I do expect more than "Hey you may die asap". Oddly, the pedometer was within about 30 steps, considering there is no way to set my stride distance within the app. The ads running between "pages" of my personal goals was annoying, but it's free, so... Adding a different watch face background/dial settings was easy enough. All in all, it's a free app for inexpensive watches it's made for. It does the basics.

This is a preliminary review. I saw a lot of reviews saying they can't use all the functions. Protip 1: If your phone doesn't have a wellbeing setting you will not be able to use most extra features. If it does, it must be turned on. There is no music function on the phone but once connected with the app when you play music on the phone, it plays on your watch. Good speaker too for a watch. Added contacts, can't dial from watch. Disconnects and reconnects constantly. Irritating.

So I deleted my previous review (11/25/21) I learned from googling that you charge the watch with any usb plug and once i figured that out it all made sense. The problem is that the watch does not hold a decent charge and it disconnects and doesn't reconnect without having to restart the phone. You can't change the time from military so theres that. Overall it does what it says and at such a good and cheap price I guess you get what you pay for.

it's cool being able to track my sleep, steps, etc. But the CONSTANT popups saying the app isn't working that pop up over other apps, and then won't let me send feedback, or when I select close app, only to have it pop up again 2 minutes later is the most annoying thing! Get it working, or let me send feedback, or close the app. I won't be using it, and it will still constantly pop up saying it isn't responding. It's noon, and I've had at least 30 pop ups today alone!

The app is very lacking. The Raise to Wake feature doesn't work consistently. There is no 12-hour time option. No volume control. No vibrate options other than off and on. The alarm only vibrates once, no continuous vibration until it's turned off. Screen times out in 5 seconds. Phonebook doesn't sync. You have to manually input up to 8 contacts in the app, but you can dial as many numbers as you want. There's a privacy settings tab in the app, but when you click on it, nothing happens.

I think there are a few watches that use this app. The app is lacking for sure. I could not find a dial face that matched the picture that led me to purchase the watch. Fortunately I had a black picture in my photos that I used. I want my digits to be in a horizontal line vice vertical display. Poorly designed. But, should at least match the picture in the ad. No real setting icon on the watch.

I have spent several hours dealing with the nonsense, the most God awful product and app. It absolutely refuses to connect via bluetooth, even with 3 different versions trying to connect. Can't figure out how to remove the straps with being worried about breaking it, and there is no way to set the device without connecting through the app. And I feel bad because it's a gift.

This app needs considerable more work, as does the software and watch interface. It is almost impossible to keep the watch and app synced. When the watch and phone become separated they should automatically reconnect to bluetooth and the app when back together, but they do not. So far, I have had to uninstall and redownload to get it to work. Pain in the neck. It's what I get for buying a cheap fitness tracker.

I just got this as a gift. It connected for about 5 minutes. When I opened the app to set it all up, I cannot do anything. Evert time I try, it says the device is disconnected. Prompts me to reconnect. I go into my Bluetooth settings, & it's connected and paired. I've rebooted my phone. Un-installed & reinstalled the app, and I've made sure all permissions are on. I can't do a factory reset as it has to be done via the app, & again, it won't let me go any further. So disappointed 😞

The watch is decent enough.... it's not great but, for me, it does a decent job until I can get something better. The app is horrible! My gripe isn't with the 24 hr format or the use of metric, that's not, at all, an issue. You see, It disconnects if you're not with your phone and if you turn off the media audio in your settings, it disconnects and obviously it didn't sync into with the watch. I just deleted the app altogether

I cannot get my phone to pair to the watch, which means the app is useless. This is more a commentary on the watch than the app, but the directions are clear as mud and are written in size 5 font. Idk there was a qr code on the watch itself. After reading many reviews, and playing with it, I found out how to charge the watch and view some of the features, but I can't utilize everything without the app. You get what you pay for, a cheap watch, an app that doesn't work, and no customer service.

I liked the idea of being able to monitor pressure, pulse an oxygen from the watch. But the programming is horrible on the app and watch. Measurements are reasonably accurate but the watch needs charging every day, then usually loses connection with the app. Grossly unskilled application developer. It should not be necessary to restart bluetooth services or the app (which is always running) to reconnect the watch. It is extremely annoying having to watch multiple commercials, to reconnect it...

Same problem others are having. It switches to Chinese and I can't switch it back to English, because I don't read Chinese. It's difficult to set up. The whole Bluetooth connection is not very well documented. The manual reads to go to settings, but there is no button that is named settings. Very dissatisfied with this watch and app so far.
